User roles

Authenticated Roles​

There are four authenticated roles in the Pera system. These are:

1. HR Admin​

HR Admin has full control of all assets in the account. And permission to create/delete/update any account object.

2. HR Manager​

HR Manager has control over Assessments and Surveys they own/create.

HR Managers can create Assessments and Surveys.

3. HR Recruiter​

HR Recruiter has control over Surveys they own/create.

HR Recruiters can only create Surveys.

4. Respondent​

A respondent to a Survey, e.g. a job seeker or an employee.

To create or update a Response to a Survey, the respondent must be authenticated.

Unauthenticated Roles​

Unauthenticated users can read data that is public. For example, the landing page of a published survey that has no access restrictions.
